- Report to Sales & Marketing Manager
- Assist to execute / attend overseas exhibition / marketing events
- Order processing and follow up sampling
- Daily email communication
- Liaise closely with key overseas clients
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
職位要求
- Diploma or above in Business Management or related discipline;
- Min 2 years of solid working experience in office admin;
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically, to question and to take initiative
- Ability to set priorities and organize a variety of tasks
- Excellent command of MS office especially Excel
- Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime as required
